37 Grays Inn Road, WC1

We are pleased to announce the recent completion of the renovation of this period property at 37 Gray's Inn Road. The project combined historic preservation and modern enhancements, including retaining the original façade, a mansard roof extension, significant structural alterations, and a new rear elevation with an extended footprint. The development also features new windows, a reimagined shopfront, and lift access to serve four newly created apartments. The ground and lower ground floors were finished to a shell and core standard for retail use.
